Vhutshilo Masibigiri is the Founder and Director of Diversity SA (Pty) Ltd, a management consulting company in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Diversity SA provides a range of services such as DEI training and awareness raising sessions, diversity and inclusion conversations, DEI strategy, research and advisory to both public and private companies in Southern Africa.

Vhutshilo is an HR expert with more than 25 years of work experience in human resources management She has done several projects across many industries in change management, talent management, skills development, organisational development, stakeholder engagements before focusing exclusively on diversity, equity, and inclusion work.

She has an MBA degree from the University of Pretoria, and Honours Degree from the University of Johannesburg. She did an International Leadership Development course with GIBS Business School which included studying leadership development and management in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. This study solidified her international leadership experience. Vhutshilo has written several published and unpublished articles on the following topics: diversity, equity and inclusion, retention, and turnover. She is a thought leader, and speaker in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as several HR topics.

Thakhani Ligudu
Electrical Engineer & Speaker

Ndivhudzannyi Isaac Ligudu (known as Thakhani) is a Professional Electrical Engineer, Project Management Professional (PMP) and Master Installation Electrician turned Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) speaker. Thakhani has an MBA (with distinction) from the University of Cape Town, an Electrical Engineering Degree from Wits University, and an advanced Management Programme from IESE Business, University of Navarra (Brazil and Spain). Thakhani’s career spans various fields including electrical engineering, Information Technology (IT), Project Management and People Leadership.

He has worked for a number of international corporations such as Anglo American, Kumba Iron Ore, SABMiller, Chevron and Honeywell before embarking on an entrepreneurial journey. Thakhani held a number of senior management positions where he developed a passion for people development and leadership. Thakhani’s interest in diversity was sparked in the early 1990’s through a number of conflicts he experienced due to misalignment between his Tshivenda traditional belief system and other tribe/race belief systems whilst studying in Johannesburg. Thakhani has a passion for speaking and motivating others. He facilitates sessions on various diversity topics including masculinity issues.
